Hunting for the perfect six pack is definitely going to need some lower ab workouts and exercises. Many free generic workouts that fitness instructors provide do not target this set of muscles enough.

Yes you may be shown how to do some situps or stomach crunches, but you need to work the lower abdominal muscles in order to carve out your six pack.

One of the best ways it you can do this is following the advice of fitness and flat stomach expert Mike Geary.

His website has helped hundreds of thousands of people worldwide and the results are incredible and guaranteed.

Want to Know More About Lower Abs Exercises

Getting the right mix of exercises is essential if you are looking to get a six pack and that includes good lower abs exercises. Often when you visit a gym you will be given an exercise routine to follow that is too generalized for you to really get the benefit from it and see the kind of results that you are looking for.

When this happens you tend to think that you are not getting the defined abs that you want because your not working out enough, so you step up your workouts but still don’t see any difference. Believe it or not the problem is usually not down to the frequency or intensity of your workouts, but the workouts themselves.

Exercises that do not target the lower abs will not help you at all as you are not working all of your muscles. Short of hiring a personal trainer there used to be little you could do to target the abs and find out more about lower abs exercises – until now.

Thanks to Mike Geary’s “The Truth About 6 Pack Abs” program and newsletters you can unlock the secrets to getting the abs you’ve always dreamed of. I began the course after I found that I was exercising away and not getting anywhere, then a colleague told me about Mike’s program.

I signed up to his free newsletter and was so astounded by the advice he gave that I was soon a member of the program.

Using a mix of exercises, nutritional advice and my personal metabolic calculator I’m now following a training strategy that maximises every workout I have and I’m seeing the results.

Forget about programs that require you to buy additional supplements or exercise for hours every day, with “The Truth About 6 Pack Abs” you can work out 3-5 times a week and still get great abs! Patrick Grimsey is the director of popular blog DietAndFitnessCentral.Com.

He is an expert on diet and weight loss and his blog contains stacks of information on things like why you shouldn’t do crunches; abs can result from more innovative exercises. Get free tips from his site today! Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Patrick_Grimsey
